A 17-year-old Fort Myers female says she was brought to Plantation to have sex with a lot of men for money that she turned over to a Miami Gardens black man who raped her, police said.
Mack Johnson of Dallas, who has over 30 prostitutes in his stable is facing charges of human trafficking.
She was set up the teenager in a fourth-floor room at the La Quinta Inn & Suites, 8101 Peters Road, and posted an advertisement and cellphone number on a website known as a prostitution link, according to an arrest report.
Investigators say the girl was unaware of the ad placement and was forced to have sex with seven or eight men who showed up at the room Friday and Saturday.
She gave Johnson the money she made and repeatedly told him she did not want to have sex with strangers for cash. He urged her to continue, saying she owed him money for bringing her across the state, police said.
The teenager later told detectives she had no one to call for help and hoped to make enough money to get home, the report stated.
The girl said she considered escaping by jumping from the fourth-floor window, but Lewis said he had men watching her, which I'm sure she left out her senses coming to her head about that fall. Several men had come by to collect money from Lewis, so she believed him and stayed in the room, investigators said.
The cops were called Sunday. When questioned by a plainclothes officer, Mack admitted to renting the room and having the girl with him, investigators said. Police used text messages between the girl and Lewis to glean information about clients and the amount of money collected, police said.
