Another reason why relationships with younger women end badly is because of the generation gap. To put it simply, the 50-year-old will never understand the 20-year-old’s obsession withtexting, and the 20-year-old will never understand what you see in classic Humphrey Bogart movies. A wide generation gap means that the two of you will necessarily have different habits and different tastes. It’s hard to build a relationship when you have so little in common.

Because your relationship is based on a transient state of mind

One of the most attractive things about younger women is that they live a life largely free of responsibility. Single women in their 20s, for example, often don’t have kids or mortgages. They can still afford to get sloshed on a Wednesday night and they can have sex with whomever they want, whenever they want.

Older men often date younger women in an attempt to recapture this lost state of youthful adventure, but it rarely, if ever, works. While it might be fun to relive your youth for a few weeks, you’ll eventually tire of the club hopping, all-night binge drinking and the other things men over 30 shouldn't be doing. And when you’re lust for adventure fades, so will your relationship.

Because your relationship is the honeymoon

One of the other reasons why relationships with younger women end badly is because the entire relationship resembles a honeymoon. Initially, you might think that sounds great — a whole relationship based on sex and romance — but honeymoons always end. Not only is the intensity of emotion and physical attraction ultimately unsustainable, it's also a pretty shallow basis for a relationship.

Because she’s your last, but you’re her first

You have lots of relationship experience under your belt. You know what you’re looking for in a partner. You know how to weather the storms. You know when to stand your ground and when to compromise.

She, however, does not. You are essentially her guinea pig, as she experiments in the field of sex and relationships. Sometimes those experiments will be fun. Other times they’ll blow up in your face.

50 Cent is known as a menace to rap’s society and now it looks like he’s fixated on A$AP Rocky! I’m not sure why he is posting a DM of A$AP, but apparently he did. Look at it below and you tell me. UPDATE: Somebody hit me and said that’s Tatted Up Holly in that little icon pic. Seems like A$AP might be trying to get at 50’s ex right after they broke up? We need confirmation. Things just got very messy for rapper 50 Cent. The Queens emcee fired shots at his ex-girlfriend, model Tatted Up Holly, after posting a article from MediaTakeOut.com that calls her his “girlfriend” and then proceeding to say “This hoe community p*ssy.” He mentions she smashed other celebs including Trey Songz, JR Smith and so on, basically coming at her ALL types of crazy. Tatted wasted NO time firing back at 50 and even exposing a text conversation that claims he beat her up numerous times. @J.Cole Gives Back To His Community!!

J. Cole is giving back to his community in a very personal way. The North Carolina MC stopped by “The Combat Jack Show” for an in-depth interview this week. During the two-hour conversation, he revealed plans to house single mothers rent-free in his childhood home.

“My goal is to have that be a haven for families,” he said during the podcast. “Every two years, a new family will come in; they live rent-free.”

Cole, whose full name is Jermaine Lamarr Cole, said he understands what it’s like to live in poverty with his brother and mother. He originally lived on a military base when his parents were still married, but after they separated, his mother moved them to a trailer park on the outskirts of Fayetteville, N.C.

He recalls:

The neighborhood we lived in was f—ed up. I knew the energy was not right. I knew my mother was the only white lady in the neighborhood and there was no man in the house.

Eventually, his mom was able to purchase a small home for her and her sons on Forest Hills Drive, which Cole named his latest album after. Unfortunately, she lost the house due to financial hardships. Now that Cole has been able to buy it back, he wants the home he grew up in to serve a greater purpose for women in similar situations.

Cole also hopes to give children who normally live under stressful conditions a sense of peace. “The idea is that it’s a single mother with multiple kids and she’s coming from a place where all her kids is sharing a room. I want her kids to feel how I felt when we got to the house.”

STL Ranked #1 City To Startup In The U.S.

St. Louis was ranked No. 1 in The 14 Best Startup Cities in America, according to the editors of Popular Mechanics.

“When Anheuser-Busch was sold in 2008, St. Louis's unemployment rate was about 6 percent and rising sharply. (It peaked 15 months later at 10 percent.) That's when a consortium of business leaders, the state economic development agency, the St. Louis chamber of commerce, and the universities devised a plan to create jobs by creating startups,” the editors write.

“From 2011 to 2013 the ecosystem supporting entrepreneurs more than doubled in size with the launch of eight makerspaces (shops with tools like 3D printers and laser cutters), accelerators (early-stage investors and mentors), and coworking spaces (a shared office for startups, with low rent).”

Among promising signs in St. Louis, they pointed out CityArchRiver 2015, the $380 million effort to Revitalize the St. Louis riverfront and to better connect the Gateway Arch with the city.

They also spotlit T-Rex, a shared work space and startup hub on Washington Avenue, which now offers 80,000 square feet of office space for fledgling companies. One tenant is Betaversity, the brainchild of Washington University biology student Blake Marggraff, 22, and two of his associates. The company's main product is the BetaBox Mobile Prototyping Lab, a work space with 3D printers, laser cutters, CNC routers, and more—all wedged into a shipping container.

"Our company has been around for about 11 months and served 22 clients, which is pretty crazy," Marggraff told the magazine. "We've been renting out BetaBoxes up and down the East Coast."

Betaversity received $50,000 from Arch Grants, which has awarded $3.1 million to 55 startups since 2011, according to executive director Ginger Imster.

"It's not the biggest scene," Marggraff said of St. Louis. "It is, however, extremely exciting, because it's one of the fastest accelerating.”

@Juvenile Signs Back To @CashMoney

Juvenile is going back to where it all started. The New Orleans rapper has resigned with Cash Money Records.

Juve made the announcement in an interview with MTV News. “It’s already done. I signed the paperwork a couple days ago. I’m signed back,” he revealed. “Rich Gang, I’m getting ready to get my little tattoo and everything. It’s all love, man. I’m back.”

This comes as a surprise based on Juve and Cash Money’s rocky past. Juvenile, who used to be in the Hot Boys with Lil Wayne, left the label in 2003, claiming he was not properly compensated.

But both parties have put aside their differences. “Even though we been through what we’ve been through, we older now ’cause we was younger then,” said Birdman. “We grown. We always spoke. Wayne did music with him [2012’s “Picture Perfect”], but we spoke and I just wanted to feel if the time was right we could do it.”

Juvenile released five albums on Cash Money since 1997’s Soulja Rags and scored hits with 1999’s “Back That Azz Up” and 2004’s “Slow Motion,” which went to No. 1 on the Hot 100.

Birdman sees the potential for success once again. He’s already put Juve in the studio with London On Da Track, who produced Rich Gang’s “Lifestyle” and T.I.’s “About the Money.”

“I’m excited about that ’cause I know what I could bring out [of] him,” said the Cash Money boss. “With the platform I have, he could be bigger than he was before.”

Things U Didn't Know About #Facebook

To Facebook, your personal information is everything. The more the site has on you, the more money it can make from advertisers who want to target you. Unfortunately, there are some things you shouldn't share online.

These little factoids alone might be alright, but added up together could lead to identity theft, being stalked or other major trouble. Here's what you shouldn't share and how to keep your information safe when you don't have a choice.

1. Your home address

Almost any person trying to rob your house can take advantage of knowing your home address. Post a photo from vacation or a live event and burglars instantly know an address that's unoccupied. Be sure that none of that information is visible on your Facebook profile.

Go to your Facebook account and click your name at the top next to the search bar to load your profile. Then click the Update Info button and then, the "Contact and Basic Info" section to remove your address.

One other place you might not think about your address appearing is under events. If you create an event, it will likely have your address so people know where to go. If that accidentally gets set to Public, then anyone can see it. Or your friends might invite their friends, so now more people have it than even know.

Either delete the event right after it happens, or ask people attending to message you directly for the address.

2. Anything work-related

Try not to put any information on your Facebook that reveals where you work. You don't just have to worry about identity thieves when it comes to your employment.

If someone from your workplace searches for fellow employees on Facebook, then they might find something that they don't like. Similarly, if a hacker wants to break into your company, gathering information about the employees is going to be their first task. Bonus tip: If you're worried about coworkers or employers stalking you on Facebook, then change these three basic settings.

Remove any information about your current job and be very selective about which coworkers you friend. When it comes to jobs that you've previously had, you might want to think twice before deciding whether or not you want to interact with your old coworkers. If you do, be sure to check your posting history to make sure you didn't say anything bad about them in the past.

3. Your relationship status

Including your relationship status on your Facebook page just invites awkwardness. The number of "likes" that you might get from people after you change your status from "dating," or even "married," to "single" or "it's complicated" will creep you out.

Bonus tip: Have some pictures you don't want everyone to see? Here's a tip that will teach you how to make sure that some of your friends don't see all of your photos.

Certain relationship statuses are also a draw for cyberstalkers. At one point, there was a Facebook app that would notify you if certain friends changed their relationship status to "single."

It's easier to just remove your relationship status entirely and let people find out from your other interactions with them.

4. Your payment information

Facebook is free, but it still wants your credit card number. Adding your financial information lets you buy gift cards and other products straight through the website. How convenient!

Of course, one of the best ways to accidentally get your credit card charged for something could be to leave your Facebook profile open on your home, work or public computer. A family member, friend or complete stranger could use it to spend money on something straight through Facebook. You don't want that to happen, do you?

Plus, there are no guarantees Facebook won't have a data breach some day. You want your credit card number in as few places online as possible.

5. Your phone number

This one is tricky because several great Facebook security features, such as login notifications and login approvals, require your phone number. Plus, if you use the Facebook app on your phone, it's going to know your phone number anyway.

On the other hand, by default people you friend can see your phone number, even if you didn't want to give it to them.

To fix that, go to your profile by clicking on your name at the top of the Facebook page. Click the "Update Info" button and go to the "Contact and Basic Info" section. Next to your phone number, click the Edit link, and then click the little icon under the number and change it to "Only Me." Then click "Save Changes."

Just like with your address, you'll also want to go back and remove any events and posts that include your phone number. And please never post a message that says, "I lost my phone and got a new one. Here's my new number: XXX-XXX-XXXX." Have people message you directly for it if they want it.

Of course, there are plenty of other bits of information on Facebook that shouldn't be public. Fortunately, you can secure most of it, if you know where to look.
