@AngelaSimmons Shuts Down Rumors Her & @YoGotti Is Dating
During the radio interview, which aired Friday, the "Growing Up Hip Hop" star mentioned how she has a stalker when host Angela Yee jokingly said it was probably Gotti. That led to a discussion about whether Simmons and Gotti were an item.
"No," she responded when Charlamagne Tha God asked if they were together. "He's a nice guy and I'm flattered by everything but we're not together."
Simmons, the daughter of Joseph Simmons aka Rev Run, also said she has no idea if Gotti actually sent her a DM (direct message) because she rarely checks them.
"I get of bunch of them," the fashion designer explained. "But, I didn't see."
Gotti has made it no secret that he has a crush on Simmons and even rapped about his feelings for her in his song "Down In The DM."
As previously reported, the pair sparked dating rumors after the 28-year-old Instagrammed a photo of red and white roses he had sent her following the launch of her faux fur line, Foofi and Bella.
Earlier this week, Simmons opened up about Gotti during a Don't Be Scared podcast (via Eurweb), saying that she thought it was "very sweet of him" to send her the bouquet.
"I did tell Gotti thanks for the shoutout," she said. "I was very flattered."
