Lil yachty drops an interesting video for his  "Shoot Out The Roof" which has a lot of boastful lyrics and we get to see yachty trying a lot of flows we don't hear from him. Yachty's getting better since his "One night" days. I'm honestly ready to see what his 2017 is going to be like.

DO YOU KNOW ISSA GOLD? "TEMPUS" DROPS 2017

Issa Gold

Marlon Fung, better known by his stage name "Issa Gold", is one half the hip-hop duo "The Underachievers". Issa was born and raised in the Flatbush area of Brooklyn, New York. Issa grew up in an apartment building with Flatbush Zombies member "Jewice". Both of Issa's parents are from Guyana, which is apparent not only in appearance but in Issa's accent. Issa did not start rapping until he met counterpart AK(Then rapping under pseudonym The Underachiever), but did not take it serious until late 2011. The Underachievers started garnering attention from a video for their track "So Devilish" and quickly followed it up with "Gold soul theory" which got plays on BBC radio. Shortly after their music got passed on to music producer Flying Lotus, and after performing a few shows for him he signed them to his "Brainfeeder" label. February 1st, 2013 The Underachievers dropped their infamous "Indigoism" mixtape which boasted singles such as Herb Shuttles, and the aforementioned Gold Soul Theory. The Underachievers mainly attacked the scene as a duo, with AK dropping some songs here and there but Issa remaining silent. That is until the wake of their "Cellar Door:Terminus UT Exordium" both Issa and AK dropped a solo project. Issa's project is titled "Conversations With A Butterfly" and ranges in at 8 songs roughly 25 minutes long. Issa released this project July 26, 2014(his birthday) and posed many styles not heard in his Underachievers work. It received generally mixed reviews with many eager to see what was in store for The Underachievers. After the release, Issa posted a series of tweets on twitter about how he was done rapping, as his true passion was to enlighten our generation. He claimed pop culture was the best platform he could've used to speak to a young generation and since his vocabulary was strong he chose rapping. Fortunately enough, Issa is still going strong in the industry. The Underachievers just having released their sophomore album "Evermore: The art of Duality" to critical acclaim. Issa Gold is also currently working on a solo project under the pseudonym "Solace" which will be called "Tempus." I'm sure we're all ready to see what this young emcee has  in store for us 2017!

@NepMediaBlog & Female Rapper @AlonnaDeville *Interview*

NMB:
Yoo what's up Alonna Deville; how u doing today?

Alonna Deville:
Blessed

NMB:
That's good. I gotta quick question to real quick, is that your real name that u
use for your stage name?

Alonna Deville:
No It's not my real name, not even close. But they can go on my
website and check out my bio for that information.

NMB:
Oh ok. Why did u choose that name?

Alonna Deville:
Alonna DeVille is clever name I gave my ego! And she is one cocky
mother fucker I must say. The second part of the name came first
because I love Cadillac Deville's. In fact it was my first car, she
was beautiful and clean kinda like me.

NMB:
How long have u been in the music game?

Alonna Deville:
I have been in the music game since forever, I was born for this life.If the Matrix was the music game,i would be Neo i am THE ONE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I began to really take it seriously and make a career out of it within
the past 5 years, because I couldn't think of anything in life I would
love to do more.

NMB:
Who's your influences?

Alonna Deville:
There are too many to name but just a few Missy Elliot, Beyoncé,
Micheal Jackson, Lauryn Hill and most 80s music in general

NMB:
So you released a mixtape in France & u sold 60 thousand copies! Can you tell me how was that experience to you?

Alonna Deville:
Honestly it was a very rewarding experience and i actually did over 60,000 im glad to finally start getting the recognition that's due. Dj Kenni Starr, Cash back Mafia andGaël Le Crakk showed me so much love and it was an honor to work with them. They promoted the hell out my mix tape and are looking to do a part two. I can't wait to drop my WANTED mixtape In my own country. And show the world who they are overlooking

NMB:
Where are u from ?

Alonna Deville:
I was born in Harvey.... raised in Mark ham...went to high school in the
hills. But we just call it all Chicago area. Im from the South side.

NMB:
So, what are your thoughts on the current state of the female rap game
& music industry?

Alonna Deville:
The current rap industry has so much good yet so much bad... So many
greats yet so many that shouldn't have even got a chance. My thoughts
are that the current state of rap and music industry is missing out on
just one thing....me...

NMB:
I agree. Which main stream R&b & Hip hop artist would u like to work with?

Alonna Deville:
On the R&B side a would love to work with Beyonce. Trey Songz and Tory
Lanes. I can see us putting together something real classic..

NMB:
What do you think your listeners will get out of your new mixtape?

Alonna Deville:
If nothing else my listeners will see a Savage in this mix tape. Regardless
of what they see, think or heard, they will see me for me regardless.
There is no half stepping with the music, I say what I feel.

NMB:
What made u want to get into the music business?

Alonna Deville:
This question I kind of answered prematurely. But I will just again
say that is nothing else in life I can think of that I would love to
do more. I rather retire off living my own dreams than someone else. I
wont be a slave to someone else's company, I want am my own boss.

NMB:
Is it hard being a mother & a artist?

Alonna Deville:
I am a mother before anything so she will be taken care of no matter
the situation. Honestly, I have been juggling for quite some time, so
its become everyday life for me. She understands her mommies dreams
and she supports 100%.

NMB:
I gotta ask u a question, u asked last year online & thats what's the
appropriate age u think u should give a child a key to the crib &
allow
him/her to be alone at home?I stayed in the crib alone, since
elementary days (lol). I use to be scared, but that's when I learnt
how to rap, so yeah I guess I made the best of it.?

Alonna Deville:
I honestly cant say I remember answering this question or what I even
responded to (lOl), wow... But I suppose about 11 yrs old is a legitimate age. I
remember short times I was home alone as a kid in elementary school
also. Similar to you I was a lil scared till I got used to it. Mom
being a religious woman didnt allow BET or MTV. I would sneak and
watch when she wasn't there and I would dance in the mirror, sing and
rap. I would pretend I was on TV right along with them.

NMB:
What is the most difficult thing u had to endure in life?

Alonna Deville:
Well.. Loosing my grandmother and church Pastor back to back was
really tough. But being homeless was so tough for me. Not knowing
where you might sleep that night made me sick to my stomach. I was
working and had a car but I had to get rid of my place because someone
broke in my house. They hospitalized the guy I was dating at the time
and I really felt unsafe. I just pack what I could and we left. House
to house, Couch to floor, the car the motel a night here and there.

NMB:
What is the most difficult thing u had to endure in the music industry?

Alonna Deville:
There are a lot of things that hinder the dream. Image is everything
and mine screams sex appeal. With that in a male dominated game many
are more focused on your ass than whats coming out your mouth. Lack of
support is also difficult especially when it doesn't come from the
main people that see first hand what you going through.

NMB:
How does it feel to be finally getting notice around the internet?

Alonna Deville:
It's a good feeling but nothing I can let go to my head. These are all
stepping stones to my ultimate goal. It's been a long time coming,
especially when you don't get the proper recognition, but it had
become a motivation to go even harder.

NMB:
Who is BMG? Let the people know, in case some people don't know.

Alonna Deville:
Who is BMG? I am BMG my team is BMG, my manager, my videographer. BMG stands for Beastly Music Group we are an independent label slowly building an empire and creating a name in this industry. Branding, branding and branding

NMB:
Any shout outs & links we should know about?

Alonna Deville:
Big shoutout to everyone turning they nose up when
They see me going hard! Our haters are our motivers. But more
importantly Shout out to all supporters of Alonna DeVille and BMG...Also everyone can check out
  Www.alonnadeville.com everything is there !
