Bowwow & Erica Mena Wedding Pics

April is a little more than a week away, and with it comes first full month of spring and the return of Love & Hip Hop Atlanta. It’s also the month in which Love & Hip Hop star Erica Mena will bemarrying her fiancé rapper-turned-actor Shad “Bow Wow” Moss, but guys, could it be that these two are already man and wife?

The CSI: Cyber actor sent tons of fans into a frenzy recently after a post to his Facebook page featuring the following text:

“Its an honor to see where you started to where your[sic] at now. To watch a woman grow and teach her the lessons on business and life and watch her take teachings i give and can execute it is priceless. YOUR[sic] POWERFUL! I seen your growth since we made it official. This that forever love. This that ill starve so you can eat love. This that ill put the NBA2k down for you love hahaha !!! MY WIFE!!!!”

And while the rapper has been using the term “wife” for his lady love for quite some time now, fans thought it all the more real as Bow Wow attached a photo of Erica donning a dress and veil!

So could it be — have Erica and Bow Wow already jumped the broom? Well, we can’t be certain.

For one thing, the photo of Erica was taken off of a TV or computer screen. Behind Erica, there’s a rack of bridal gowns, which means the video in question is of Erica in a bridal store. And when you add that Love & Hip HopSeason 5’s finale is just around the corner, we figure that this is a snapshot of Erica in her final exit segment on theLove & Hip Hop Season 5 finale, of which the cast most likely has an advance copy.

Another reason why we’re not quite certain that duo are married just yet? The two revealed photos from their engagement shoot not too long ago, and we don’t see the twosome rocking wedding bands just yet.

Then again, what do we know, right?

Do you think Erica Mena and Shad Moss have walked down the aisle yet? Tell us your thoughts in the comments below!

A Surprise Jay Z Release? What Could Hov Be Announcing Today ?!

In just a few hours, Jay Z will be holding a press conference for what a press release describes as “a special announcement and the beginning of a new chapter.” It seems inevitable that it will be related to Tidal, the music streaming service which Hov recently acquired for many tens of millions of dollars, and which he had his famous friends tweetabout on Monday morning (Mar. 30).

As it stands now, Tidal costs $19.99 per month. That’s a higher pricepoint than competitors: In addition to some free options, services like Spotify, Beats Music, Rhapsody and Rdio offer mobile streaming for $9.99 monthly.

So, Jay, what gives?

Ahead of this evening’s announcement, we put together a little something that doubles as a wish list and what could help give Tidal a leg up on the field. Hopefully a few of these come true.

Launch With A New Rihanna Album

When news of Jay’s press conference circulated early this morning, a rumored circulated that Rih’s new album might hit the app today. The singer denied the report on Twitter — but, hey, maybe she’s just trying to persevere the surprise if she can. This will be her first album solely on Hov’s label, Roc Nation, rather than Def Jam, so why not drop it with a bang? She’s got fans buzzing after her single “Bitch Better Have My Money”dropped last week, and with an almost two-and-a-half year gap since her last album, the world is certainly ready for more.

Announce A New Jay Z Album

Thanks to his partnership with Samsung, Jigga’s last album, Magna Carta Holy Grail, was delivered in a new and unexpected way. Why wouldn’t he again take a road less traveled for his next project? We haven’t heard anything about it (minus voices in our head), but Jay moves in silence, so it doesn’t mean a new project isn’t in the works.

Deliver New 2Pac Music To The World

In the years immediately following his death, we got a steady stream of new music from the late Pac. But that hasn’t happened in some time. In fact, seven albums have been released since his death (including The Don Killuminati: The 7 Day Theory, just months after his death) — but none since 2006. Last week, a rumor that Jay and Roc Nation bought Pac’s catalog for $384 million hit the ‘net, but Billboard reported that Roc denied the report. Still, if Hov somehow found a way to bring us new Pac music, well, that would be OK.

Include Taylor Swift’s 1989

Taylor’s latest album is notably absent from streaming services like Spotify. But if Hov could secure the rights to 1989? That would be quite a win (currently, the album appears on the app, but you can’t actually listen to it).

An Actual Better Sound

According to The New York Times, Tidal offers “lossless audio formats,” which means that it’s supposedly higher quality than services like Spotify. Tidal, on its website, calls itself “high fidelity music streaming.” If there was a noticeable difference in sound quality, maybe that would be worth the price hike.

Secure Exclusive Deals With Artists Like Beyoncé

This one could really tilt the scales. If artists agreed to only stream their music on Tidal, and remove their catalogs from competing platforms, then consumers would be forced to make a tough choice, and the higher price could prove not only worth it, but necessary. And imagine if he got all the artists that tweeted/showed up in the above commercial? That’s Bey, Kanye, Nicki, Rihanna, Calvin Harris, Madonna, Diddy, Usher, Daft Punk and plenty more. Whoa.

50 Cent Jabs At Diddy Again; French Montana & 50 Throw Shots At Each Other (PHOTOS)

50 Cent has been throwing shots at Sean “Diddy” Combs for a long time. Just last year, 50 expressed his belief that the head of Bad Boy Records never makes hot music and hinted Diddy might be gay. Fiddy is once again taking aim at his fellow Hip Hop mogul.

50 promoted his Effen Vodka brand on an Instagram post, but the Queens representative also called out the competition – Diddy’s Ciroc. The IG pic was captioned with the hashtag “#noPuffyjuice” referring to Combs’ old stage name.

Bad Boy rapper French Montana later took a shot at 50 on his own IG page. The “Pop That” rapper – who has had his issues with 50 Cent in the past – posted a GQ magazine cover featuring the G-Unit leader wearing a sleeveless shirt. The caption simply read, “Stop!!!! Legendary!!”

50 then responded to the Bronx native with his own picture. The photo featured French and Diddy laying beside each other. 50 wrote, “What in the #EFFENVODKA world is going on in this picture man. SOMETHINGS [sic] not right.”

Lil’ Wayne’s ‘Free Weezy Album’ To Drop In April

Lil’ Wayne’s ‘Free Weezy Album’ To Drop In April

As Lil’ Wayne battles it out with Birdman over the release of the long awaited Carter V, he’s announced that he will drop the Free Weezy Album to hold fans over. During a performance at the Red Bull Guest House this past Saturday (Mar. 28), Tunechi announced that the free project will be dropping in April, but didn’t reveal a set date.

The Young Money rep’s team also handed out t-shirts that read “FWA” to promote the album during Miami Music Week.

Wayne also dropped Sorry For The Wait 2 back in January, where he threw jabs at his former Cash Money family.
