The United States Government, or rather local and federal governments, have accumulated well over $500 billion dollars over the course of the pass 82 years in the automotive industry. Not by selling automobiles, but by merely selling the manipulative distorted nonexistent “law” to all Americans, that they are required to have a driver’s license in order to legally drive an automobile in the US. A driver’s license is required for one who’s conducting commerce on the highways. When you are personally driving, or rather using personal transportation on the highways, there is absolutely no law requiring you to have a driver’s license to drive. In the Bouvier’s Law Dictionary (1856), he defines the meaning of a driver as “One employed in conducting a coach, carriage, wagon or other vehicle with horses, mules or other animals. A “driver” must possess reasonable skills and be of good habits for the journey, because if he’s not and should an accident or injury occur; both the “Driver” and his “Employers” will be responsible.” January 12th 2000, The US Supreme Court – Reno vs Condon case states “The activity licensed by state DMVs and in connection with which individuals must submit personal information to the DMV, (the operations of motor vehicles) is itself integrally related to innerstate commerce.” 

You Are Free To Travel Unmolested Throughout The Country Without A Driver’s License There is no need to have a driver’s license for personal transportation, to operate your vehicle, to take the children to school, to go to the bank, to run to the store, to go to work everyday. There is absolutely no requirement nor law. It is all done under the color of law, it is all implied that this is the “legal” way to do things. It is a critical difference between lawful and legal that you must understand. Legal means having a formal status derived from law, often without a basis in actual fact. While lawful means warranted, authorized or permitted by law. Department of Motor Vehicles Scam The Department of Motor Vehicles is a corporation doing business as the DMV. It was established by the Vehicle Act of 1915, but was reduced to the Division of Motor Vehicles within the Department of Finance in 1921. What they have done is implemented such methods as a driver’s license, vehicle registration, etc., in order to extort money from the people under the color of law. These methods guarantee profits for the DMV, merely due to the fact that they are a corporation; a for-profit business or organization whose purpose is to provide a benefit to society in addition to making a profit for shareholders. 

Privilege vs Personal Travel (Right) Personal travel is a constitutionally guaranteed right. Freedom of movement, mobility, and the right to travel are all Human Rights. Contrary to what the system tells you, travel is not a privilege. Operating your vehicle is not a privilege. However, driving your vehicle for commerce (driving your vehicle for profit or for hire), then and only then you are required to have a driver’s license. Licensing can not be required of a free people. In order to have a driver’s license, a requirement of your surrender of a right (see below – License To Forfeit Your Rights) in order to comply with the restrictions of the driver’s license is stipulated. “The right of the citizen to travel upon the highway and to transport his/her property thereon, in the ordinary course of life and business, differs radically and obviously from that of one who makes the highway his/her place of business for private gain in the running of a stagecoach or omnibus.” – State vs Spokane Operating a private vehicle within the 50 states for private business is a right, not a privilege which can be taxed. Under Constitutional and Common law, the right for all free sovereign citizens of the several states to drive private vehicles can not infringed. The requirement of driver’s license to legally operate a private vehicle is unconstitutional and a violation of all American citizen’s Constitutional rights. All Americans are un-enfranchised Sovereign citizens and authorized under statute at large (First Congress 1789, Session 1, Chapters, page 52; Articles of Confederation, Article 4-3-1-1781; MC 38: Title 18, Section 241, USC Title 42, Section 1983, 1985, 1986), of the unhampered use of all navigable waters and all common law highways, roadways, and byways which are used for transport either private, public, or commerce anywhere in these United 50 States of America. License To Forfeit Your Rights The real purpose of this license is much more insidious. When one signs the license, he/she gives up his/her Constitutional Right to travel in order to accept and exercise a privilege. After signing the license, a quasi-contract, the Citizen has to give the state his/her consent to be prosecuted for constructive crimes and quasi-criminal actions where there is no harm done and no damaged property. These prosecutions take place without affording the Citizen of their Constitutional Rights and guarantees such as the Right to a trial by jury of twelve persons and the Right to counsel, as well as the normal safeguards such as proof of intent and a corpus dilecti and a grand jury indictment. These unconstitutional prosecutions take place because the Citizen is exercising a privilege and has given his/her “implied consent” to legislative enactments designed to control interstate commerce, a regulatable enterprise under the police power of the state. In conclusion, the Citizen is forced to give up Constitutional guarantees of “Right” in order to exercise his/her state “privilege” to travel upon the public highways in the ordinary course of life and business, when excepting a driver’s license. – Dane Calloway

The unresponsive child arrived at the hospital with “numerous areas of scabbing and bruising covering her entire body,” according to a probable cause affidavit completed Decatur PD detective Erik Ethell. Less than two hours later, Amarrah was pronounced dead. M

The police statement also revealed Amarrah had “a concentrated area of healing” consistent with previous injuries. She also had “fresh wounds on the inside of her thigh”. Since the wounds raise speculation of abuse in the home, detectives turned their attention toward her parents.

When questioned, her father, Darrell A. Reynolds, 29, made a chilling confession about the series of events that led to her death. Apparently, the ruthless act began as a form of discipline taken to extreme measures. He claimed his daughter had been “acting up lately” and time-out was no longer effective. So, he resorted to beating her with a black belt. Reynolds admitted he struck her so many times he “lost count”.

The Baby Girl Had Extensive Injuries To Her Body
Preliminary autopsy results indicated Amarrah’s death was attributed to head injuries. The child suffered “subdural hemorrhages, the medical term for bleeding in the brain, and multiple bruises consistent with blunt force trauma,” according to Macon County Coroner Michael E. Day. “The extensive injuries to the body are consistent with non-accidental, inflicted trauma,” the release said.

Her parents have confessed to a long history of abusing their daughter. On the day of the incident, Amarrah was allegedly acting out, and “time-out” punishments seemed to have no effect, according to her father, 29-year-old Darrell Reynolds Jr. He decided to punish Amarrah by hitting her with his belt. He reports he lost count as to how many times he struck her.

Stood Up, Was Dazed, And Fell Down Countless Times, Heartless

After the beating, the 4-year-old, reportedly stood up, dazed, and fell down countless times, hitting her head on the television, wall and floor. WAND reports that the autopsy showed acute subdural hemorrhages to the brain and contusions indicating blunt force head trauma. The coroner’s office confirms her head injuries were the cause of death.

Reynolds is now facing charges of manslaughter or reckless homicide. Although she did not participate in the abuse, Amarrah’s mother, 26-year-old Dal’von Taylor-Reynolds is also being charged with endangering the life and health of a child, resulting in death.

Her Mother Should Pay Too

Taylor-Reynolds told police “Darrell has been abusing Amarrah for approximately two years,” according to the police statement. She never reported the abuse because Reynolds threatened and abused her as well and she was afraid to speak out.

According to Reynolds’ police statements, he knew his actions qualified as abuse and he was “sorry.”

Both parents have been arrested and charged in connection with Amarrah’s death. Darrell Reynolds is facing a preliminary charge of reckless homicide or manslaughter. He is currently being held on a $2 million bond, according toTmzuncut her mother, Dal’von Reynolds, is facing a preliminary charge of child endangerment. Formal charges will be determined by the Macon County State’s Attorney’s Office.

Ohio police post shocking photos of adults who overdosed with 4-year-old in vehicle

EAST LIVERPOOL, Ohio – Police posted shocking photos of two adults -- who police believe had overdosed on heroin -- passed out in a car with a 4-year-old boy in the backseat, according to WJW.

Police said they hope the photos send a message to drug users to think twice before abusing drugs.

“We feel it necessary to show the other side of this horrible drug. We feel we need to be a voice for the children caught up in this horrible mess. This child can’t speak for himself but we are hopeful his story can convince another user to think twice about injecting this poison while having a child in their custody,” wrote the city of East Liverpool, Ohio.

“We are well aware that some may be offended by these images and for that we are truly sorry, but it is time that the non drug using public sees what we are now dealing with on a daily basis," the post continued. "The poison known as heroin has taken a strong grip on many communities not just ours, the difference is we are willing to fight this problem until it’s gone and if that means we offend a few people along the way we are prepared to deal with that."

Police were alerted to the vehicle when an officer saw a Ford Explorer driving erratically and then slamming on the brakes as it approached a stopped school bus that was dropping kids off, the police report states.

When the officer approached the driver, later identified as James Acord, his head was bobbing and his speech was almost unintelligible.

Acord told the officer he was taking his front seat passenger, who was passed out and identified as Rhonda Pasek, to the hospital.

The officer said he reached into the vehicle, turned it off and removed the keys just as Acord attempted to drive away. That's when the officer noticed a 4-year-old boy in the backseat, who was later identified as Pasek's son.

The officer said Acord eventually passed out as well.

EMS responded and administered Narcan, a drug used to reverse the effects of a heroin overdose.
Acord and Pasek regained consciousness and were taken to the hospital.

Acord is charged with operating a vehicle while intoxicated, endangering children, and slowing or stopping in a roadway. Pasek is charged with endangering children, public intoxication, and not wearing a seat belt.

The child is in the custody of Columbiana County Children's Services.
